The Tale of Kwame Peter: A Joke from Ghana
Seth (pictured below the white shirt) told us a funny true story tonight which makes a lovely joke...
Noble YCC Treasurer, Seth, was sleeping peacefully in the guesthouse, when a young boy from town appeared at his door.

"Seth," the little boy said (pronounced "Set"), "do you know where is Kwame Peter?"
"Huh?" said Seth, "There is no Kwame Peter living here. You have the wrong house."
"No, no," insisted the boy, "I know I saw Kwame Peter here! I'll go look. You keep sleeping."
Now, Seth, being a good Guesthouse guardian, couldn't just let the boy wander around. For all he knew, the lad could be a thief! (pronounced "teef")

Brave Seth tailed the young whippersnapper from room to room until at last they both stopped short. The boy was pointing triumphantly at something against the wall.
"THERE!" hollered the boy, "THERE is Kwame Peter!"
He was pointing at a computer.
Hah! Amazing!
(In a wacky coincidence, the name of YCC Ghana's former Administrator IS Peter, and he was born on a Saturday, meaning his day-of-birth Ghanaian name is... Kwame!)
